Meet Someone New

Three easy steps to start a conversation with a total stranger about real estate!

When you meet someone new:

Step One:	Compliment them on something. Preferably, it should be something they have dome for you, i.e., good service, etc.

Step Two:	Say, "You would be great in my business."

Step Three:	Mention some specific real estate statistic or better yet a situation that you need help with.

	*"...As a matter of fact, I have this incredible listing."...*
	or
	*"...I'm working with a wonderful young couple who..."*

"We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do."
