The Roconie Family  vs  The Vetanni Family

A Competition of Family Proportions

Gathering for the Tuesday sales meeting that brisk morning in October, the associates noticed an unusual ambiance to the room.  A number of their fellow associates were missing, the lights were dim and the usual upbeat music was absent.  In it's place was a more somber piece, something you might hear in the movie: The Godfather.

After a few uncomfortable minutes, the eight missing agents entered the room.

These associates were not dressed in their usual business attire, but rather apparel that would be more appropriate if you were a member of 'a very influential family'. Not a word was spoken as they took their places around the room.  Each of the associates carried a stack of blue folders, giving the impression that something very important was about to be discussed.
Sales manager Phillippi entered the room.  The distress in his face confirmed that this morning's meeting was going to be different than most.  "Yesterday I received a call that concerns me."  Phillippi stuttered;  "I'm going to share it with you now, than we'll talk."  Turning to the overhead video projector, he raised the remote and shared this message with the group:  Click here to view the message.  (Must use Windows media player playing outside of Prokit to hear the sound.)

.... and so began the competition between The Roconie's and The Vetanni's.  A very successful contest that incorporates both individual performance as well as team dynamics.  Click here to go to the main web page of the competition  From there you will be able to access all the competition details just as the sales associates experienced beginning that chilly morning in October.
