Office Use by Outside Organizations

 
We are fortunate to have an excellent facility in which to conduct our business. We would welcome to opportunity to share our space with various groups and organizations.
 
The underlying premise is that the group or organization, that is invited to use our office, should be associated, in some way, to one of our agents here at Champlin Park.  Some events from the past include;  Scrapbook clubs, Jewelry Shows, Scouting meetings, smaller community meetings or events, any of which our agent would be a part of.  Utilizing our office for these non-real estate events will leave positive impression for the agent.
 
That said, it is necessary to establish some guidelines and policies. 
 
When setting up an event, be sure to set it up, IN ADVANCE, with the front desk.  We have a event calendar to help us avoid conflict.
 
When an outside group wants to use our office as a meeting place, the sponsoring agent must attend the meeting or be in the office during that meeting.  If the sponsoring agent is unable to attend, please have another Champlin Park agent cover for you.
 

Meetings held in the morning must be finished by 9:00 a.m.

 
Meetings may be held in the evenings beginning approximately at 4:30 p.m. and may go as late as necessary, as the sponsoring agent will be in the office to insure that the building is properly shut down for the evening.
 
If there is no conference room available due to real estate business being conducted we will not be able to accommodate the meeting group.
 
If a meeting is in progress and an agent needs the conference room for business, the agent will have priority and the meeting will be moved to another conference room, if available.
 
Be aware that we will be declining use of our facility by groups that look to use our office phone system to conduct their business or campaigns.
 
OUTSIDE MORTGAGE, TITLE and INSURANCE  COMPANIES
Please note: The use of any area of our facility by a competing mortgage, title or insurance  company, for any reason, is strictly prohibited.
 
For example: If your buyer is working with an outside loan officer, the loan officer may not meet with the buyers with-in our facility.  NO EXCEPTIONS EVEN IF YOU ARE PRESENT AT THE MEETING. Have the loan officer make arrangements to meet the buyers elsewhere.
